Juli Hanscom, a spokesperson for Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick (D), tweeted a photo on Tuesday of the governor and British Prime Minister David Cameron touring a memorial for victims of last month’s deadly Boston Marathon bombings. Hanscom posted the photo on Instagram.

Cameron on Monday participated in a joint press conference with President Barack Obama in Washington, D.C.
