Maria Bartiromo asked Rick Perry a potentially dangerous question for him, after his earlier fumble: In what order would he cut programs, among Social Security, Medicare, education, and a list of many other programs and policy areas that Bartiromo listed?
“Well, every one of those,” said Perry — then immediately revisiting his earlier failure to name the third department that he would eliminate. “And by the way, that was the Department of Energy I was reaching for a while ago.”
