Presdient Obama and Republican candidate Mitt Romney are tied in Ohio, according to a new poll comissioned by a group of Ohio media outlets and conducted by the Institute for Policy Research at the University of Cincinnati. Both men get 49 percent of likely voters in a poll that was conducted Oct. 18-23, mostly before the last presidential debate.
