President Barack Obama on Monday is expected to deliver remarks at the installation of FBI Director James Comey at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., the White House said.

The president is scheduled to speak at 12 p.m. ET. Later in the afternoon, Obama and Vice President Joe Biden are scheduled to meet with Secretary of State John Kerry in the Oval Office.
