Obama To Attend Memorial Service For Victims In Texas Plant Explosion

President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama on Thursday will travel to Waco, Texas where they will attend a memorial service for victims in the deadly plant explosion, White House press secretary Jay Carney announced Monday.
