Obama To Announce New Corporate Tax Plan

The Obama administration on Wednesday will announce a new plan to lower and simplify the corporate tax code. The Treasury Deparment will reveal the proposal, which, CNN reports, will “enhance American competitiveness by simplifying the tax code and eliminating dozens of tax loopholes and subsidies…” The plan would bring the corporate rate down to 28% and 25% for manufacturing.
