Obama To Announce Hagel, Brennan Nominations At 1:05 PM ET

President Obama is scheduled to make a “personnel announcement” at 1:05 p.m. ET Monday, the White House announced. Obama is expected to nominate former Sen. Chuck Hagel for secretary of defense and counterterrorism adviser John Brennan for CIA director.
