Obama Signs Bill Rolling Back STOCK Act

President Barack Obama signed a bill amending the 2012 STOCK Act on Monday, the White House announced, removing online financial disclosure requirements for “executive and legislative branches other than the President, the Vice President, Members of and candidates for Congress.”

The law’s requirements were reportedly rolled back due to national security and personal safety concerns.
