Obama: I’ll Build Roads, Bridges With Money Romney Wants To Spend On Wars

President Obama, during his speech at the Democratic National Convention, said he will take the money Mitt Romney wants to spend on wars Americans don’t want and spend it rebuilding “roads and bridges, schools and runways.”
