In a sign Pennsylvania remains competitive despite leaning towards President Obama, the Obama campaign is set to run ads in the state. OFA deputy campaign manager Stephanie Cutter told MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell that any ad buys they make are intended to counter new ads by pro-Romney super PAC Restore Our Future.
ABC’s Michael Falcone reports that the buy is concentrated in Philadelphia, the seat of Democratic power in the state.
