President Obama and Vice President Joe Biden will take the oath of office for a second term on Sunday, Jan. 20, a day before the public ceremony takes place.
Biden will be sworn in first at the Naval Observatory followed by Obama’s swearing-in a few hours later in the Blue Room of the White House, the Presidential Inaugural Committee announced Wednesday.
