The National Republican Congressional Committee has made ad buys targeting Democratic incumbents in three different markets, including former Gabrielle Giffords staffer Rep. Ron Barber (D-AZ).
According to Roll Call, the NRCC will be dropping $3,585 in the Tucson market targeting Barber. Barber was injured in the 2011 Tucson shooting. The NRCC’s other ad buys will target Rep. Collin Peterson (D-MN) in Minnesota and Rep. John Barrow (D-GA) in Georgia.
