NBC’s Pete Williams: ‘At Least Five Votes’ To Strike Down DOMA

Emerging from Wednesday’s Supreme Court oral arguments on the Defense of Marriage Act, NBC reporter Pete Williams said that the 1996 law seems to be short-lived.

“Again with the caveat, it’s always risky to predict, it does seem that there are at least five votes on the Supreme Court to strike down the Defense of Marriage Act,” he said on MSNBC.
