Mitt Romney Says He Would Veto Dream Act If President

In Iowa Saturday, Mitt Romney said as president he would veto the Dream Act if Congress sent it to his desk. A version of the Dream Act that almost passed Congress last December would provide a legal pathway to citizenship for immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally by their parents as children. “The question is, if I were elected and Congress were to pass the Dream Act, would I veto it? And the answer is yes,” Romney said.
