Former Rep. Marjorie Margolies (D-PA), the mother-in-law of former first kid Chelsea Clinton, lost out on the Democratic nomination to represent Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District on Tuesday.

Margolies lost the primary to state Rep. Brendan Boyle, according to the Associated Press. Boyle won the nomination with 55 percent support while Margolies got 23 percent of the vote with 71 percent of precincts reporting.

Margolies lost despite receiving significant support from the Clinton family. Both former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton went to a fundraiser for Margolies a week earlier and former President Bill Clinton went to two fundraisers for Margolies in April.
