“The Nightly Show” introduced its #SolidarityDildo campaign on Tuesday night to support the students at the University of Texas at Austin who are protesting campus carry by strapping dildos to their backpacks β€” an obscene act under Texas statutes.

The protest, organized by UT alumna Jessica Jin, is called Campus (DILDO) Carry and went viral with #CocksNotGlocks.

“To be clear, your fake penis isn’t okay, but your overcompensation penis is,” host Larry Wilmore said.

Campus carry will go into effect on Aug. 1, 2016 β€” the 50th anniversary of engineering student Charles Whitman’s rampage from the campus clocktower.

Wilmore introduced how he’ll support the students from afar: solidarity dildos.

“These are real easy to make, you guys. All you need is your own dildo. Then you just find a ‘Nightly Show’ logo on the web, they’re all over the place,” Wilmore said. “Print it out, cut it, attach it to your dildo, boom! ‘Nightly Show’ In Solidarity Dildo.”

You can tweet him the picture of your #SolidarityDildo.
