Just walked up to Judge Kavanaugh as morning session ended. Put out my hand to introduce myself as Jaime Guttenberg's dad. He pulled his hand back, turned his back to me and walked away. I guess he did not want to deal with the reality of gun violence.

The look of contempt on Kavanaugh’s face shows how much contempt he holds in his heart for his fellow Americans. He’ll use his position on the Supreme Court to further his vision of the United States being a land of the rulers and the ruled.

In what universe is a person obligated to shake the hand of a stranger? In the current highly-charged atmosphere at the congress, who knows what is going to happen when some random wacko that you do not know approaches you?
