A federal judge said Tuesday that she won’t grant former Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.’s (D-IL), the Associated Press reported.
Jackson’s lawyers had argued that the documents contain sensitive medical information about the ex-lawmaker’s health problems. But Judge Amy Berman Jackson denied the request, saying that she can’t seal the documents until she’s able to review the content herself.
