Jon Stewart provided a recap on Wednesday of this year’s elections in New York City, Virginia and New Jersey.

In the Garden State, where Gov. Chris Christie (R) won re-election in a landslide, Stewart mused that the 2016 contender celebrated by “weirding everybody out.”

“Tonight, first and foremost, I want to say thank you, New Jersey, for making me the luckiest guy in the world,” Christie said during his victory speech.

That line prompted a classic Stewart reaction.

“Did New Jersey marry Chris Christie last night?” the host joked.
