  1. I believe this will be the final “Jon Stewart Daily Show” interview, that does not mean he is not going to ever interview Mr. Obama ever again.

  2. If one of the major networks were smart enough, (not HBO, but one of the majors which don’t cost extra money to subscribe to, ABC, NBC, CBS), they would pick up Stewart for a “special two hour show” every few months, where some of the best of his guests, like Obama and Bill Clinton and some guys like Neil DeGrasse Tyson can show up to discuss the real issues in America. So much of what is on the 3 major networks in the evening is just solid trash. Something like this idea of a show would actually be a welcomed change and not that expensive to produce.

  3. That’s an excellent idea. Clearly Stewart does not want the “Daily” grind anymore, that can wear on you. He’s more of a “projects” guy at this point, and gigs like what you pointed out would be great.

  4. The loss of Stewart may be a major handicap for Dems in the 2016 election. He has been a major way to get ideas publicized that the main stream media will not touch, and a way to point out the bias and idiocy of “fair and balanced” and “we report, you decide”.

  5. If by “Daily” you mean 4/7 with a break every few weeks.
