A Virginia delegate dropped the f-bomb on live television Tuesday while responding to his indictment on charges related to a sexual relationship he allegedly had with a minor.

Del. Joe Morrissey (D), 55, was indicted Monday by a special grand jury on four felony charges stemming from a nearly year-long investigation into the relationship between Morrissey and a 17-year-old receptionist at his law office, according to Richmond TV station WWBT.

Morrissey denied the allegations in a news conference Tuesday and argued he had evidence that a hacker planted nude photos and text messages in both his and the receptionist’s phones, according to WRIC. He dropped the f-bomb when reading an allegedly hacked text from the receptionist.

“OMG, I just fucked my boss,” he read.

Prosecutors argued Morrissey had sex with the receptionist multiple times at the law office and sent her messages requesting nude photos, according to WWBT. They also argue that Morrissey was aware that the receptionist was underage prior to those encounters, despite the fact that she listed her age as 22 when she applied for the job.

Morrissey faces charges of supervisory indecent liberties with a minor, electronic solicitation of a minor, possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography, according to WWBT. If convicted, he could face 30 years in prison and would be required to register as a sex offender.
