Speaking at an event Friday in Scranton, Pa. Vice President Joe Biden addressed the health of his son, Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who was under evaluation earlier this week at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

“He’s doing well. He’s anxious to get back to work,” the vice president told supporters.

The younger Biden underwent a “successful procedure” Tuesday after he felt weak and disoriented on vacation last week.
