The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria has reportedly beheaded another Western hostage, British aid worker David Haines.

The SITE Intelligence Group said that ISIS had released a video purportedly depicting Haines’s killing.

The militant group had threatened to kill Haines after it killed U.S. journalist Steven Joel Sotloff earlier this month. ISIS also beheaded U.S. journalist James Foley in August.

Haines was abducted in early 2013, according to NBC News.

According to SITE, the video’s message was directed at British Prime Minister David Cameron (pictured). ISIS threatened another captive British citizen, Alan Henning, at its conclusion.
