Rep. Tom Cole (R-OK), who came under fire from Speaker Boehner for suggesting Republicans accept Obama’s middle-class tax cut extension, said Boehner is the party’s chief negotiator and will be able to deliver the votes for a deal he supports.
“I always supported him in that. I’m sure I would again,” Cole told MSNBC’s “The Daily Rundown” on Thursday.
