Gingrich Raises $2.6 million in February

Newt Gingrich raised $2.6 million in February, a meager haul compared with the $11.5 million Mitt Romney raised and the $9 million Rick Santorum brought in. He has $1.5 million cash on hand but also $1.5 million in debt, a slight improvement from last month. The campaign spent $2.8 million in February.
