Former President George W. Bush in a speech on Monday said he wishes his name weren’t attached to his administration’s broad-based tax cuts. “I wish they weren’t called the Bush tax cuts,” he said, according to CNN. “If they were called someone else’s tax cuts, they’d be less likely to be raised.”
