Gen. John Allen, commander of U.S. forces in Afghanistan, told the House Armed Services Committee on Tuesday that the U.S. will conduct an administrative review into the Afghan shooting incident. The investigation will look at the “entire command and control process” surrounding the suspect who allegedly killed 16 Afghan civilians, Allen said.
