The new Gallup tracking poll of the Republican Presidential race shows a development that looked to be in the works for a week or so — former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney has retaken the national lead from former House Speaker Newt Gingrich. Romney gets 27 percent in the Gallup tracking to Gingrich’s 23, with Rep.
