Florida Gov: ‘Justice Has To Prevail’ In Trayvon Martin Case

Florida Gov. Rick Scott on Fox and Friends Monday morning said “justice has to prevail” in the Trayvon Martin shooting case. Whether the state’s controversial “Stand Your Ground” law will apply to the case will be up to the court, he said. But, Scott said, “You’ve got to have true due process for the accused.”
