A touching conversation between a father and his son about the terrorist attacks in Paris went viral after a French TV station published it online Monday.
The station, Le Petit Journal, was interviewing the child about why he thought the attacks happened when he said that he thought he needed to move as a result of the violence. The child’s father then broke in to reassure him that “there’s bad guys everywhere” and that France was still their home.

Damn. People can be so bad. Or so effin’ beautiful, like this father and his son. (And kudos to the reporter for letting them talk.)
Okay…now I’m crying (again).
Just the sort of father and son Chris Christie is so afraid of.
“and should some why completely weep
my father’s fingers brought her sleep”

Would that those who wish so fervently to play “fathers” to the Amurikkkan public spent their time, like this father, putting our whys and our fears to sleep…rather than stirring them into a frenzy for personal gain. As the act of parenting is one of selflessness, so too should be the act of governing.
