Ex-Obama Admin Official: State Dept. Suffering From ‘Post Traumatic Rex Disorder’

Tony Blinken, who served as deputy secretary of state under President Obama, said Wednesday that the State Department was suffering from “PTRD — post traumatic Rex disorder,” referring to the tumultuous tenure of former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
