Economy Adds 96K Jobs In August, Unemployment Ticks Down To 8.1%

The U.S. economy added a less than expected 96,000 jobs in August, while the unemployment rate ticked down from 8.3% to 8.1%, according to a Bureau of Labor Statistics report.
