I’m no expert in bond hearings…that’s for sure…but is it appropriate that a judge make an opening statement like he did, followed up by the family members of the victims? I thought that’s what takes place during the sentencing phase of a trial after a defendant has been convicted. Is there to be no trial then?
I know the fucker did it…but I just don’t understand the procedure here.
I don’t either.
No, thanks.
He needs no more notoriety.
Wonder if there’s a I’m A Racist Thug GoFundMe site set up yet?
So he’s getting his 15 minutes of fame.
I think he’s admitted guilt. Probably just go for sentencing.
