Disgraced former Rep. Randall “Duke” Cunningham (R-CA) will complete a 100-month prison sentence next week, the San Diego Union-Tribune noted over the weekend.
Cunningham is serving time for accepting bribes, but effective June 4, the 71-year-old former GOP lawmaker will be a free man. He’s been in a New Orleans halfway house since December after being transferred from a federal prison in Arizona.
