Donald Trump slammed fellow Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson in an Instagram video posted Friday, implying the retired neurosurgeon’s stories of a violent past make him a criminal or a liar.
The video, captioned “Happy Friday the 13th,” opens with unsourced interview footage of a younger Carson recounting the near-stabbing.
“I had a large hunting knife, and I tried to stab him in the abdomen,” Carson says in the footage.
As foreboding true crime music plays, the video cuts to an undated CNN interview with an unnamed Carson “neighbor,” apparently responding to stabbing story.
“Whaaaaat?” the neighbor says.
“Does it fit with the guy who you knew?” the interviewer asks him.
“No,” the neighbor responds, shaking his head.
The video ends with stark black-and-white, all caps text declaring: “Violent criminal? Or pathological liar? We don’t need either as president.”

What’s really great about this is that Big Door could have been standing in front of a mirror when he said it.
Pretty much America’s take on both Carson and Trump.
As the GOP tries to figure out how to get tRump and Carson out of the way of the “real” candidates you have tRump looking to get rid of his biggest competitor. I don’t know if tRump can succeed in getting rid of Dr. Stabby but he should be charging the GOP to do it.
I thought the key words were “lawless” and “feckless”?

…or more likely, a serial exaggerator.
