If his handlers want to get any votes, they should stop the rallies, lock him up, take away his cell phones, and do no debates. Marquette University just published a WI poll that has Clinton leading by 15 in that state, triple her lead before the conventions! Fivethirtyeight rates that poll “A” with a tiny GOP bias of .1%
