I hope that Dr. Ford will reconsider and testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday. It is my understanding that the Committee has offered to hold either a public or a private session, whichever would make her more comfortable.

Don’t forget Grassley and Trump have been advising Kavanaugh in private almost hourly for the past few days. Dr. Ford has no one looking out for her interests.

Ideally she should contact the Maryland AG’s office to initiate an investigation. (There is no statute of limitations for sex crimes in Maryland.) Then, in a perfect world, the MAG would immediately announce it is opening a case.
