Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney has moved to a huge lead in South Carolina after his incredibly close victory in the Iowa GOP caucuses — Romney gets 37 percent in a new CNN/TIME survey of the state, followed by new GOP flame former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum at 19 percent and former House Speaker New Gingrich at 18 percent. Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) is at 12 percent, and Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who considered dropping out of the GOP race after his poor showing in Iowa, is at only 5.
