Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) is considering recalling the upper chamber for a vote on whether to authorize military intervention in Syria, as announced by President Barack Obama on Saturday, CNN’s Dana Bash reported:

Congress isn’t officially due to return from recess until Sept. 9.
