CNN’s John King and Wolf Blitzer are talking with two women related to what seems to be the mysterious “missing precinct” in Clinton County, Iowa. The two ladies are local GOP county officials and are claiming they gave the correct figures to the Iowa State Party and don’t know why they haven’t been incorporated into the overall vote yet. King has done a quick calculation that suggests if these are incorporated they would put Romney over the top by about 20 votes.
