Clinton: No One Could Have Predicted ‘Such Revolutionary Change’ In North Africa

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Wednesday that no one could have predicted the “revolutionary change” North Africa experienced as part of the Arab Spring, which toppled the regimes of Hosni Mubarak in Egypt, Muamar Qaddafi in Libya and Zine El Ben Ali in Tunisia.
