Dick Cheney said that presumptive GOP nominee Mitt Romney will do a “whale of a job” and that the Republican Party must united behind him to defeat President Obama. The comments came from Cheney’s appearance at the Wyoming Republican Party state convention on Saturday — his first public appearance since having a heart transplant three weeks ago. He spoke for an hour and 15 minutes without seeming to tire, the AP reports.
