Maybe leaving a partial fingerprint on the back of one of those self adhesive stamps?
I think it’s better than even money he walks up to a post-office counter, hands over a package, and gets arrested on his way out. There’s no way they don’t have a camera on every one of those counters, and an instant alert if they get a package fitting certain parameters.
