According to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, transportation services have returned to the Boston-area following Friday’s shutdown.
Gov. Deval Patrick said at a briefing late Friday afternoon that area residents would no longer be told to stay inside while authorities pursue suspected bomber Dzokhar Tsarnaev, but should “remain vigilant.”
