The Boston Globe’s official website is down, presumably a result of the spike in traffic that followed the explosions Monday near the finish line of the Boston Marathon.
The Globe noted the service disruption on its Twitter feed, where the newspaper is posting all updates related to the explosions:
Our site is down. Details: “Multiple people transported for medical treatment. Blood stained the sidewalks of Boylston Street.”
