On CNN’s State of the Union, Bob Jones III, chancellor of the evangelical Bob Jones University, explained why he endorsed Mitt Romney in 2008 but not this year.

In 2008, he explained, he believed Romney had the best chance of beating Hillary Clinton, the presumptive nominee on the Democratic side at that point. He did this in spite, he said, of the fact that Romney, as a Mormon, is not a Christian.
