Vice President Joe Biden on Friday is expected to speak at a farewell ceremony for outgoing Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano, according to an official schedule. The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.
Napolitano announced in July that she will be leaving her cabinet post to serve as president of the University of California system. She delivered a farewell address last week at the National Press Club in Washington.
