Barbour’s Prediction: If Either Candidate Carries Ohio And Pennsylvania, They’ll Win

Haley Barbour offered his take on how to determine who will win the presidential election on Tuesday.

“If somebody carries Ohio and Pennsylvania, you know it’s over,” he said on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “If one person carries both.”
