The official Twitter account of the American rock band performing in the Paris theater that came under attack Friday tweeted that the safety of the full band and crew was still unknown.

The Eagles of Death Metal were scheduled to perform at the concert venue known as the Bataclan. Gun men reportedly attacked the venue and those inside were being held as hostage. Police have told the AP the hostage crisis is over and at least two of the attackers were killed.
