The attorney of Kevin Curtis, the man suspected of sending letters laced with the deadly poison Ricin to President Obama, Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS) and Lee County Judge Sadie Holland, suggested Monday that another man may be responsible for the letters, the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal reported

Instead of Curtis, attorney Christi R. McCoy pointed to J. Everett Dutschke of Tupelo, who was recently indicted in Lee County on child molestation charges, as someone who could have sent the letters.

Dutschke, a martial arts instructor out on bond awaiting trial, and Curtis apparently had a long-running email feud. Curtis’ parents also emailed Dutschke to tell him to back off.
